Our 24 hour help line is here for you to access help advice and support 24 hours a day 7 days a week every week of the year.
The service is covered by a fully trained team, and we see this as a vital and central point for all other areas of our work. The help line enables us to help women and children find refuge space in emergencies, to listen when someone needs to talk, and be able to signpost for other support if needed.
Our 24 hour help line is also the telephone number to call if you are professional who wishes to make a referral. You will be able to download our referral form from the referral page of the web site, found on the members and resources tab or by clicking this referral link.
